We had a truly enjoyable stay at this place. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were at home. The staff and owners were friendly, accommodating, and made us feel special. The restaurant upstairs offered a delightful dining experience with excellent breakfast and dinner options. The location of this hotel was perfect, allowing easy access to downtown and the ski lifts in the Saanen area. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We spent Christmas at this lovely hotel and had a great time. The staff was extremely friendly and made us feel right at home. The food was delicious, especially the local dishes. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. We also enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room with plenty of closet space. Best of all, the hotel was conveniently located near both train and Gondola lifts.
That the bed was too soft, even with the firm side turned upwards. It was also strangely hot, which made sleeping uncomfortable after a warm day.

We had a fantastic stay with great staff, delicious food in the hotel restaurant, and fantastic hotel facilities. The hotel's location was perfect for skiing, and transportation to nearby attractions was convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the breakfast was excellent.

We stayed in the area for a ski trip and this hotel had the perfect location, with easy access to the slopes. the restaurant upstairs was a highlight of our stay and the food was simply excellent. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-designed bathroom. the staff provided great service and the breakfast was delicious, with local products on offer. the view from the terrace made for a beautiful setting to enjoy breakfast or an afternoon drink.
The receptionist lacked warmth and welcoming, which detracted from the overall experience.

The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. They provided us with the information we needed prior to our arrival and were helpful throughout our stay. the room had an attractive chalet style and bathroom had several intelligent features. the location was excellent- breathtaking views and close to the main attractions.
The bed was too soft which made it difficult to sleep. Despite the wood slatted base, the mattress was too soft and made us feel hot at night.
